Single-phase electromagnets with lifting capacity up to
25 kG and stroke up to 50 mm
Construction
Driving electromagnet ES1
consist of a core, an armature and a coil. The armature and the core
are made of isotropic electro-technical sheets and consist the magnetic
circuit. Terminals of the coil are led out on the side wall of the
insulating frame. When the coil is energized, the armature is drawn in
with the force, which depends on the value of voltage and from the
length of stroke (gap). The armature coupled with the system of levers
shifts the mechanism of the device. The power of source supplying the
lectromagnet shall be higher or equal to the electromagnet start-up
power (see the technical data of the electromagnet). ES1 electromagnets
shall be installed on supporting structures with the armature directed
downwards or upw-ards. Levers and pull rods shall be fixed to the
armature in the self-aligning way in two planes in order to facilitate
the free alignment of cooperating. Planes of armature and core, which
ensures correct operation of the drive electromagnet. The force loading
the electromagnet shall work along the axis of the armature.
Application
Es1 electromagnet drive are designed for timinggear mechanisms of machine tools, presses and other machines electrically controlled. ES1 electromagnet drives shall be installed inside of special enclosures when using in atmosphere of com-partment containing caustic or ex-plosive gases, excessive humidity or dustiness.
