 Protective conduits for conductors

Intended to lead electrical systems in conditions of high dustiness and humidity, in an aggressive atmosphere. They protect the wiring systems against mechanical damages and give an aesthetic appearance to the installation.In special versions they have high resistance to mechanical damages as well as high resistance to most of chemical aggressive media occurring in industry. They protect the wiring system against high frequency radiation, industrial computer systems against interferences and against the contact with hot pipings (steam or hot water).

They protect conductors which cannot be led in ducts and ensure high flexibility in device connection areas. They protect the cables against mechanical damages.

In special version they protect the conductors of theelectrical system against the contact with steam or hot-water pipings.



Owing to proper terminations, i.e. glands, they protect the inside of electrical devices like cabinets or boxes against the penetration of dust, humidity, aggressive atmosphere, etc.

They are able to ensure the IP 68 class (of course if respective fitting is used).



Owing to their special construction and the application of high quality materials they can be used for mobile connections, like supply of cranes, motor, supply of special machine tools, supply of robots. It is possible to lead cable bundles in them thus giving an aesthetic appearance to the wiring system.

It facilitates the exchange, removing or adding a cable.


Flexible conduit made of galvanized steel, WO type

Designed first of all for protection against mechanical damages. It protects wiring in case of a short-time contact with hot water or steam piping, and even with open fire (but only against so called “light touch”).

Working temperature: -80÷+300 °C.

Protection class: IP40 EN 60529.

Corrosion resistance: 1 (low) EN 50086.

Compression strength: 4 (1250 N) EN 50086.

Designed for protection against mechanical damages, resistant to most aggressive media occurring in industry such as petrol, any kind of oil and grease, diluted acids and bases.It can operate in marine climate conditions and has Polish Register of Shipping.It is poorly resistant to short-time contact with hot water or steam piping (PCV coating is damaged).

Colour: grey.

Working temperature: -5÷+80°C  (without moving -20 °C).

Protection class: IP66.

Corrosion resistance: 1(low) EN 50086.

Compression strength: 4 (1250 N) EN 50086.

Relatively good resistance to mechanical damages. Resistant to mechanical vibrations. Suitable for the connections where occasional movements are required (several bends a day).

Colour: black (RAL 9005).

Compression strength: 320 N.

Working temperature: -5÷+90°C (flexible); -40÷+120 °C (static).

Self-extinguishing (UL94 V2), resistant to UV radiation, halogen free.

Relatively good resistance to mechanical damages. Resistant to mechanical vibrations. Suitable for the connections where occasional movements are required (several bends a day).

Tube of a soft PVC reinforced with a spiral of hard PVC. Used in the conditions of aggressive atmosphere. Resistant to mostly aggressive media occurring in industry, such as petrol, oils, greases, diluted acids and bases. It can operate under marine climate conditions and has Polish Register of Shipping. Relatively high strength to mechanical damages. Resistant to mechanical vibrations. Suitable for the connections where occasional movements are required (several bends a day). Owing to high flexibility it is recommended to protect the cables on approach to devices difficult to access.In case of using respective fitting it has the class IP66.

Colour: black (RAL 9005).

Compression strength: 320 N.

Working temperature: -5÷+60 °C (in mobile conditions); -20÷+60 °C (static). Self-extinguishing.
