Hydraulic punching device JR 75 type

The punching press is used for punching holes in busbars, without necessity of drilling hole for a tie. Device is designed for use together with hydraulic pump. The set includes plastic box and 4 blanking dies (see table).

Hydraulic cutter BC 120 type

Tools designed for cutting Al and Cu busbars and steel sheet (max hardness 200 HB). It is designed for use together with hydraulic pump. specially designed blades allow to make flat butting face of cut stuff. They dont need further machining.

Collaborate tools for Cu-Al busbars with the pumps

For feeding all of this tools we can use each of this hydraulic pumps. They are delivered with 2 meters elexible hydraulic hose. Pumps with the hose 3, 5, 9, 12 or 15 meters available on order.

Instrument for cutting and perforating steel bus bar TS type

Tool is designed for cutting and perforating steel bus bar TS type acc to EN 50022 and cutting copper flat bar up to dimension 3x10 mm. It is equiped with the buffer and rule (100 cm). Thanks to appling a specially strengthening eccentrics, cutting amd perforating steel bus bar required less force.
