Hydraulic punching device for metal sheets HY 052 type

Hydraulic punching press HY-052 type, is used for punching holes in metal sheet, covers of indoor switch gears, panels etc. which are necessary for mounting glands, operating push buttons, indicating lamps, measuring instruments etc. To punch a proper hole it's necessary to drill a hole to rearrange draving mandrel. Taking in drawing mandrel in to hydraulic head causes punching the hole.

Blanking dies for hydraulic punching device for metal sheets HY 052 type

Blanking dies for round, square, rectanqular, and curves hole, designed for hydraulic punching devices for metal sheet HY 052 type. Range and dimensions as for blanking dies: W; SQ and WK but the sign suitably as: WY (instead of W), SY (instead of SQ) and WKY (instead of WK).


Hydraulic punching device for metal sheets HK 5DN type

Tool is of similar application like punching device HY 052 but it is very compact and light construction. Max. thickness of cut material depends on its kind and diameter of gut hole. Punching device is designed for working with round blanking dies WY type in range of 12,7 – 60 (WY 12,7/PG9 – WY 60/PG48).

Remark:
tool is not adjusted to work with square and rectangular blanking dies SY… type, as well as with shape dies WKY… type.

Blanking dies for hydraulic punches

They are designed for cutting holes in the metal sheet of switchboards, control desks, etc., used for fixing glands, control push-buttons, signal lamps, meters, etc. To cut a proper hole bore has to be drilled first to insert the draving mandrel. The tool consists of a stamp and matrix. The draving mandrel have to be ordered separately. Max. thickness of steel sheet – 2 mm, hardness – HB max=200.

Hand punches

While cutting several holes (maintenance service) the use of hand punch is more profitable (lower tool cost). For production of electrical devices and cutting large numbers of holes the use of hydraulic driven punchers is more profitable.

They are designed for cutting holes in the metal sheets of switchboards, control desks, etc., used for fixing glands, control push-buttons, signal lamps, meters, etc. To cut a proper hole the bore has to be drilled first to insert the pulling screw. Tightening the screw results in cutting a hole. Max. thickness: 2 mm, hardness – HB max=200.
