Tools for TK and TY ties

The guns are used for tightening and cutting off ties. The use of guns accelerates the work and ensures the proper tightening of tie. After the tie is cut the sharp tie end hides in the head.

How to use:

1. Wind the tie around the cables, pull the tie end through the head.

2. If possible, adjust the tightening force required by means of the knob.

3. Place the tie end in the gun and tighten the tie.

Tools for steel cable ties

The guns are used for tightening the ties and forming the buckle. The tightening is caused by pressing the handle. Some tools cut the tie and create a buckle automatically as the mechanism is set in motion by increase of the tie resistance. Most guns have a possibility to adjust the tightening force.

How to use:

1. Wind the tie around the cables, pull the tie end through the buckle.

2. If possible, adjust the tightening force required by means of knob.

3. Place the tie end in the gun and tighten the tie by pressing the handle.



Tools MK-SA for TST ties

The tightening of tie is carried out by pressing the handle (2). After the strip is tightened, the gun presses down the tabs thus preventing the lock from being unfastened. Metallic housing.

MK-SB hook for TST, TSP, TSPE ties

Designed exclusively to tighten the TST ties. The ties of this type have a hole on the strip end to attach the hook. The ties TST type are equipped with a self-locking buckle, so the pressing-down of tabs is not needed.

MK-SE tool for TSB and TSR-B ties

Tightening of the tie depends on the wireman – adjusted by the force pressing the handle (2). Cutting off by turning the tool around the lock of the tie.

Gun MK-SD and MK-SD2 for ties TSB and TSR-B type

Width of the tie 4,6 and 7,9 mm. Adjustment of the tightening force by means of a knob. Tightening of the tie is carried out by pressing the lever. After the tie is tightend with a recquaired force it automatically cutts off the tie end.

MK-SF tool for TSB and TSR-B ties

The tightening tie forms a coil near the head. The tightening force depends on the turning force of the tool which by its shape resembles a screw-driver.

Tools MK-SG and MK-SG 2 and MK-SG 2500 type

Is used for tightening and cutting steel ties.

How to use it:

1. Unwind the required length of the tie from the roll.

2. Slide the buckle over the tie and wrap the fastened object with the tie.

3. Thread the tie end through the hole in the lock again (below the tie) and then roll it up in order to prevent it from pulling out.

4. Place the loose tie and in the tool "nose" slot as well as in the catch.

5. Pull the tie by cranking up. In the initial phase push the tie locking arm.

6. Bend the tie by moving the tool over the lock. In order to avoid breaking the tie the crank should be turned with 1 rotation while the tool is moved over the lock.

7. Cut the tie by pressing the cutt er.

8. Beat the ends with the hammer in order to prevent the tie from being unfastened.

MK-SH and MK-SH2 tool

It is used for tightening TSR type steel bands in a coi. Tightening of the tape is adjusted by turning of the tightening lever. Cutting off by hand, carried out with a cutting lever after the required tightening is obtained.

MK-SM and MK-SO tools

For tightening steel bands in a coil, uncovered and coating with artificial materials. Tension of the tape is adjusted with tightening lever. Cutting off with lever which drives cutting. Tool (MK-SM rotating cutting blade, MK-SO sliding cutter blade). With MK-SO is possible to work from feeding of band from roll direction and from opposite direction (both of lever are about 180 degrees removing).
