Tools for TK and TY ties
The guns
are used
for tightening and cutting off ties. The use of guns accelerates the
work and ensures the proper tightening of tie. After the tie is cut the
sharp tie end hides in the head.
How
to
use:
1. Wind
the tie
around the cables, pull the tie end through
the head.
2. If
possible,
adjust the tightening force required by means of the knob.
3. Place
the tie
end in the gun and tighten the tie.

Tools for steel cable ties
The guns
are used
for tightening the ties and forming the buckle. The tightening is
caused by pressing the handle. Some tools cut the tie and create a
buckle automatically as the mechanism is set in motion by increase of
the tie resistance. Most guns have a possibility to adjust the
tightening force.

The
tightening tie
forms a coil near the head. The tightening force depends on the turning
force of the tool which by its shape resembles a screw-driver.

Tools MK-SG and MK-SG 2 and
MK-SG 2500 type
Is used for
tightening and cutting steel ties.

How to use it:
1. Unwind the required length of the tie from
the roll.
2. Slide the buckle over the tie and wrap the fastened object with the
tie.
3. Thread the tie end through the hole in the lock again (below the
tie) and then roll it up in order to prevent it from pulling out.
4. Place the loose tie and in the tool "nose" slot as well as in the
catch.
5. Pull the tie by cranking up. In the initial phase push the tie
locking arm.
6. Bend the tie by moving the tool over the lock. In order to avoid
breaking the tie the crank should be turned with 1 rotation while the
tool is moved over the lock.
7. Cut the tie by pressing the cutt er.
8. Beat the ends with the hammer in order to prevent the tie from being
unfastened. |

tape is adjusted by turning of the tightening lever. Cutting off by

MK-SM and MK-SO tools
For
tightening steel bands in a coil,
uncovered and coating with artificial materials. Tension of the tape is
adjusted with tightening lever. Cutting off with lever which drives
cutting. Tool (MK-SM rotating cutting blade, MK-SO sliding cutter blade).
With MK-SO is possible to work from feeding of band from
roll
direction and from opposite direction (both of lever are about 180
degrees removing).
