Glue gun, GL 3002

Electric gun GL 3002 ensures faster, cleaner and more simple glueing than by traditional methods. Mechanical trigger system moves the glue stick into ceramic heater where it is melted at electronically controlled temperature. The melted glue, spread on the joined material surface, gets cool and hardened in several ten seconds. In case of need the joint can be relased by heating up to 200 °C

Glue gun, GL 5000

Electrical glue gun of the best application features. Thanks to double heating system and electronic control a short heating-up time and high capacity is achieved. High heat capacity allows to operate the gun disconnected from the mains (after heating-up). A special base with power outlet supplies the gun during pauses at work. Replaceable tips allowing to spread the glue even at places hard to reach. It is perfect to: lay electrical, telecom, TV and control cables and wires on various surfaces; repair furniture; glue upholstery, lay wall and floor tiles, glue packings; produce toys, jewelry and many.

EVA (ethylene-vinyl acetate)

Recommended gun types:

For UN glue:

Of big rated power (>200W) and of operation temperature about 200°C, e.g. GL 3002, GL 5000

For UN-L glue:

Of medium and small rated power (10-100W) and of 120°C or 120-200°C scope adjusted operation temperature

Note:
The UN-L glue should not be applied in 200°C (especially in big power guns), as then the hot glue is thin and may flow out too fast – risk of burning people!
