Electronic
controller applied in solar installations guarantee proper and
effective system operation. The controller has 3 temperature sensors
as a standard:
– temperature sensor of solar circulation installed inside the solar collector
– temperature sensor of the water installed inside the accumulative reservoir
– additional temperature sensor dependent on configuration
Solar system controller switches on the pump of collector circulation
only then when the temperature inside the collector is higher than the
temperature in the storage reservoir by given value. When the
difference of temperatures between collector and reservoir will
decrease to switching off value at the controller the pump is shut
down. In order to secure the installation against over-heating, the
controller is set at max. temperature (Tmax) to which water in the
storage reservoir can be heated. After reaching this temperature the
controller will shut down the circulation pump independently on the
difference of temperatures between collector and reservoir. After
switching of the pump temperature inside the collector may rise above
100 ºC, what is not so dangerous if the cumulative reservoir
gathers evaporated heating fluid from the collector.. After decreasing
temperature in accumulative reservoir below Tmax and cooling down the
collector, solar installation restarts its work. Controller G 403 P04
is an independent regulation block in special casing made from two
parts. Working parameters can be justified to actual working conditions
and type of installation. Such controller can work in the following
systems:
1. Controlling solar system pump for heating the water
2. Controlling solar system pump and servicing the pump which charges the storage reservoir from central heating boiler
3. Controlling solar system pump and stirring pump between reservoir
connected to solar collectors and reservoir cooperating with central
heating boiler
4. Controlling solar system pump and three-pass valve for the system with the exchanger of swimming pool
5. Controlling solar system pumps in version with solar collectors placed on two separate roofs
6. Controlling solar system pump and three-pass valve for the system supported with central heating |
