Insulating tubing is used for marking or insulating electrical wires. Resistant to typical solvents, grease, oils, sea water, mould, etc.

Breakdown voltage: not lower than 10 kV/mm.

Working temperature: -40÷+70 °C

Material: PVC WI-2.

Thickness of wall: 0,5±0,1; 1±0,1; 1,5±0,15; 2±0,15; 2,5±0,2; 3±0,2 (mm)* – other wall thickness on special order.

Colour: natural, black, white, red, blue, yellow, green, violet*.

Used for insulation of wires working at higher temperatures.

Tubing types:

OsPu – tubing of glass fibre rayon impregnated with polyurethane elastomer.

OsKs – tubing of glass fibre rayon impregnated with silicone rubber.

OtPu – tubing of polyester fibre rayon impregnated with polyurethane elastomer.

Wall thickness: 0,6±0,2 mm.

Continuous working temperature:

OsPu, OtPn: -25÷+155 °C.

OsKs: -40÷+180 °C.

Breakdown voltage: 3 kV.

Min. resistance: 108 .

ERFLEX Standard electric insulating tapes

PVC tapes with rubber adhesive. General purpose tape for reconstructing of electric wire insulation, for wire bundling, etc., up to 1 kV.

Thickness: 0,15 mm.

Break-down voltage: 6 kV.

Temperature range: -5÷+80 °C.

Tape must be protected from rapid temperature changes, sun radiation and contamination of adhesive layer.

Storage max. 1 year.

Tape is resistant to voltage, humidity and chemicals as oil, acids, alkalis.

Electrical insulating tapes 3M

TEMFLEX™

High class multipurpose tape. Used for cable bundling and wire marking. Applied as direct insulation up to 600 V.

Colours: black, red, yellow, green, blue, brown, white, orange, violet, green-yellow.

Features: Good mechanical and electrical properties.

SCOTCH™ 22

Tape of the higher mechanical properties. Suitable for small repair of outer coating. Applied as direct insulation up to 600 V.

Colour: black.

Features:

– Thick and resistant tape.
– Perfect mechanical properties.

SCOTCH™ 33

Vinyl tape. Perfect as the outer layer in LV and MV joints and terminations for polymeric cables. Can be used as water-resistant insulation for voltages up to 600V.

Features: good electrical and mechanical properties, resistance to abrasion, alkalis, acids and varying weather conditions (including UV exposure), temperature (up to +80 ºC), flameretardant.

SCOTCH™ Super 33 +

The highest class tape, resistant to abrasion, humidity, acids, corrosion, UV, changing atmospheric conditions and ageing. Applied as direct insulation up to 600 V.

Features: Good adhesion and flexibility, also at low temperatures (down to -18 °C).

SCOTCH™ 35

Resistant to harmful atmospheric conditions. Designed for insulating and marking of phases. Applied as direct insulation up to 600 V.

ARMORCAST 4560

Material in the form of flexible fiberglass fabric “bandage” saturated with black urethane resin. When water is added to the package and the strip is wrapped around a cable the resin cures in 20 minutes.

Main application: repairing cable sheaths.

Features: good adhesion to polyethylene and lead, reliability, resistance to humidity, fungus, acids, alkalis, ozone, UV, petrol and high temperatures.

SCAPA 7019

Tape of polyester foil, reinforced with glass fibre of a very high tensile strength. Not resistant to UV influence, used for fixing, hanging and bundling of cables.

Features:
