Steel ties, TST type
self-locking for operation in particulary difficult conditions

TST steel ties type are designed for quick bundling wires, cables, tubes and pipes. Owing to their self-locking buckle they can be fitted by hand. They are also adapted to mount by the use of special tools, given in table. Useful for operation in mining and chemical industry.

Structure and installation of TST ties

1. Slip the strip into the buckle.

2. Grasp or hook the strip end and pull it home. The teeth, placed on the elastic latch, catch the holes in the strip and prevent it form slipping out.

3. Beat the ends with hammer in order to prevent the lock from being unfastened.

Steel ties, TSP and TSPE type
coated

TSP and TSPE steel ties are designed for quick fixing cables, tubes, pipes and other elements. They can be fitt ed with the use of the gun for the TST ties or the hook for TST ties. Owing to a coating resistant to chemicals, they prove in chemically aggres-sive environments. The protective layer composes also a protection against corrosion and consequently the ties of TSP and TSPE type are usable for outdoor applications as well as for work in high humidity rooms.

Structure and installation. of TSP and TSPE ties

1. Slip the tie into the buckle.

2. Catch the tie end with the hook.

3. Pull the tie home.

4. Bend backwards the tie end.

5. Clench the buckle tabs with a hammer.

Steel ties, TSR type
in roll

TSR steel cable ties are designed for a strong and durable fitting cables, tubes, pipes and other elements. Owing to the possibility to adjust the length of the tie section to the size of element to be fitted, the waste volume is considerably reduced. For mounting we offer a special tool, a tightening gun for TSR ties. The tie can by tightened with a force over 1 ton, that allows to use this tool not only to bundle wires, but also to fix pressure tubes on stub pipes, etc.. Our offer includes types of tie in rolls: steel 201, 304, 316 type and steel 316 type coated. We deliver the TSR ties in rolls, each 25 or 30.5 m long.

For the ties in roll we offer the locks in versions: A, C, E. The locks must be ordered separately; they are delivered in 100 pcs. packings.
