Markers OZ type
(temperature range: -30÷+70 °C)

Application: Improved version of popular OZ markers for marking cables, wires, optical waveguides in switchgears, electrical systems.

Working temperature: -30÷+70 °C.

Features

1. In oval (OZ-O) or triangular profile form, overprinted and notched in order to facilitate tearing off.

2. Profile material: PVC resistant to typical solvents, grease, oil, sea water, mould.

3. Overprint well visible, indelible. The overprint is melted into the profile material and in addition chemically protected against abrasion.

4. Profile colour: yellow, overprint: black in standard version. Other colours on request.

5. Mounting by means of tools, one by one, in principle before putting end-pieces on to the wires.

Advantages

1. Owing to their original shape (triangle and scratches on the inside marker surface) they hold fast to the wire.

2. Very large choice to overprints it is very easy to make inscriptions.

3. Hand writing with a pen is possible.

4. Flexible system of large possibilities to make inscriptions for cables and wires 0,12÷185 mm2.

We recommend the 021/3 markers – narrower, more flexible, easier to fit on the wires.

Markers, OS 4, OF 4 type

Application: For marking wires of cross-section up to 4 mm2 in switchgears, electrical systems.

Working temperature: -30÷+70 °C.

Material: polystyren.

Features:

1. In moulding form mounted onto the wire before connecting it to the terminal.

2. Colours: white, yellow, blue, green, violet.

3. Overprint hand-made by means of a pen.

Advantages:

1. Owing to properly selected width it is willingly used for the ZU 6-6, 4, 10 or singular strips. Traditional, very popular for repairs and new constructions.

2. Description field 6.2 x 21 mm enables to place a large amount of characters by means of PC or PN pen.

Pens for hand writing

PC, PN, PG pens are used to individual writing with different line width and colours.

Self-adhesive markers in rolls, OSR type

Application: For marking wires of cross-section up to16 mm2 in switchgears, electrical systems, etc.

Working temperature: -30÷+85 oC.

Features:

1. Self-adhesive paper strip with overprint.

2. The strip is perforated every 32 mm, i.e. 5 characters. One marker contains 5 characters on the field 5 x 32 mm. There are 70 markers in the roll.

3. Paper colour: white; overprint: black.

4. 10 rolls in one dispencer (one roll overprinted 0, next –1, etc. ... up to 9).

Advantages:

1. Very practical in situation of tightly placed wires.

2. Enables marking with any number by installing more markers.

3. Very practical packing which contains the whole set of markings.

Practical hints:

1. The marker should be mounted to the wire cleaned from dust, dirt and grease, by means of methylated spirit.

2. Take care not to soil the self-adhesive layer during the installation

Markers on the bar

Application: The latest family of the OPMS, OPM and OPE markers for marking wires, optical waveguides, cables of 1÷19 mm outer diameter.

Features:

1. Markers are placed on the mounting bars, 30 markers. each (up to size 4).

2.  Material is hard, very springy.

3. Precise execution of every marker is guaranteed by electronic monitoring of production.

4. The OPM has the same overprint on both sides, that facilitates to read the marking. The OPMS has only single overprint.

Flexible marker.

Material: PVC, resistant to typical solvents, grease, oil, sea water, mould, long-lasting staying in the ground.

OV 6 system of cable and bundle marking

Application: For marking cables, pipes, wire bundles, etc. in the switchgears and wiring systems.

Working temperature: -30÷+70 °C.

Features:

1. Marking consists of the OVP bar in black colour and the OV markers in yellow colour (black overprint). The markers are put individually onto the bar thus making the required description.

2. The complete set is mounted to the cable by means of the TK or TY tie. Material of the bar and markers – PVC resistant to typical solvents, grease, oil, sea water, mould.

3. The overprint is large and well visible, indelible. The overprint is moulded into the profile material and chemically protected against erasing.

4. Mounting by hand.

Advantages:

1. Well visible, durable description.

2. Firmly holds to a cable – resistant to vibration.

3. Very wide choice of overprints – it is easy to form the inscriptions.

4. Can be overwritten by hand with a pen.
