Wire marking system DM type
The
system
consist of two elements:
–
transparent carrier DMC or DME type,
–
insert with overprint of wire identification,
DMIAR, DMIDC, DMIDE type.
It is a very popular wire marking system, for wire diameters from 1,5 up to 10 mm. The carriers with two lengths: 15 and 30 mm, ensure optimal selection as well for short as for long wire identification. The inserts, with two lengths - adopted to the carriers, are offered in two kinds: for office printing machine with “tractor” feeder (inserts DMIAR type), for portable printer I.D.PRO Plus (inserts DMIDC and DMIDE type).

Inserts in sheet DMIAR type for dot printer
Marker in wedge shape for DME carrier. It is manufactured as a sheet 240x304,8 mm. The sheet is perforated, which makes possible easy tearing single insert off and has lead punching for “tractor” feeder.

temperature: -30÷+70 °C
Colours:
white, yellow –YL.
For identification edit we recommended ERGOM software. It makes possible: – automatic serial edit (digits and letters); – printing special electrotechnical marks; – saving of prepared overprints, which makes easy quick edit similar projects. With regard for low hardware requirements, the software can be applied on any PC with WINDOWS 95 or newer operating system.

Practical markers number on sheet do not consist pieces on the top and the bottom of sheet, which are impossible to print on. It depends on kind of dot printer.
