Contact Cleaner, R-10

Cleaning and lubricating agent for electrical and electronic engineering.

Cleans and protects against moisture, corrosion and oxidation. Recommended for every phase of electronics and electrical contact maintenance. Eliminates friction, wear, sticking and squeaking parts. R-10 cleans and lubricates all kinds of metal contacts, relays, plastic embedded contacts, circuit breakers, fuse blocks, keyboards. It removes oxides from all kinds of electric and electronic contacts.

NOTE: Not suitable for use on live electrical equipment.

 

Contact Cleaner, R-11

Cleaning and protecting agent for electrical and electronic engineering.

R-11 has been studied for cleaning and protecting electrical and electromechanical slide contacts, switches, push buttons, commutators, plugs, sockets, keyboards...etc. It eliminates the creaking of potentiometers. It assures a deep and effective cleaning in linear and sliding contacts, avoiding current leakages. Its formulation has been designed to dissolve and remove oxidation from electrical contacts and, thanks to an hydro-repellent agent, R-11 prevents a new oxidation process.

Equivalent of “Kontakt 60”

NOTE: Not suitable for use on live electrical equipment.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Dry Contact Cleaner, G-20

Extremely pure solvent for electronic parts.

Removes grease, dirt, oil, lint and other residues, quickly evaporating and leaving no residue. G-20 helps to keep clean and effective all the electric and electronic equipment and mechanics. Excellent degreaser for PC-boards, before and after soldering the components: doesn't affect any insulating coating. Suitable for cleaning metal housing telephone equipment, remote controls, computers, fax machines, relays, switches...etc. Safe for most plastics.

 

Dry Contact Cleaner , G-22

Specific cleaner and degreaser for the most precise and delicate electronic equipments and sensitive components.

It completely evaporates, leaving no residue. Engineered to remove a wide variety of soils including dirt, old greases, oxides, oils, dust, fluff from electrical and electronic units, controls, bearings, rheostats, switches, PC-boards and office machines. Very effective for cleaning recording magnetic heads. Safe for use on most plastic and rubber parts.

 

 

 

 

 

Silicone oil, C-70

It's a medium viscosity silicone oil which penetrates and reaches the most hidden points, spreading on the all surfaces: it effectively lubricates every part. Excellent regenerative and protective agent for natural and synthetic rubber gaskets. C-70 is a very good solution to the friction, so it makes easier threading wires through the rubber grommets of industrial and civil electrical systems. A high protective power guarantees a longer time length to the new cables. It's an excellent dielectric, therefore it eliminates the corona effect on the TV antenna clamps and prevents short circuits or electric leakages. High water repellent, it protects from humidity. C-70 can be also utilized as a detaching agent in the moulding of plastic. Compatible with most materials.

 

Freezing agent, A-44

A specially developed aerosol used to locate short circuits and failures in electronic components (resistors, condensers and integrated circuits) and to test the trace continuity in PC-boards, or to cool the entire circuit. It quickly lowers temperature to -30°C. A-44 does not affect any kind of material and, because of its characteristic of non-flammability and non-conductivity, can be applied on live electrical equipments with sure safeness for technicians and equipments. Suitable for removing chewing gum from fabrics, floors and other surfaces.

 

 

 

 

 

Compressed gas, B-55

Advanced design aerosol of a dry gas which acts like compressed air. Used for quick removal of dust, dirt and humidity from delicate and inaccessible areas (thanks to the thin-cane). Suitable when solvents can not be used, B-55 does not leave any residue nor condensation, being extremely pure. It doesn't affect any kind of material and, because of its characteristic of non-flammability, can be applied on live electrical equipments. Excellent for cleaning optics and lenses. Ideal if periodically employed in eliminating humidity and dust that always are in the computer's cabinets and often cause damages to the hardware.

 

Anti-flux, F-02

A very useful product that eliminates the toughest residues of flux remaining after the stain-soldering on the PC boards. This dross is often the source of oxidising processes inside the conductive part of the circuit: F-02 prevents the oxidising, assuring the correct working of the equipment. It's a very effective degreaser and cleaner for PC boards and every kind of electric or electronic component: it completely evaporates leaving no deposits. Excellent to prepare every printed circuit board to be covered by the V-66 insulating coating.

 

 

 

 

 

Isopropyl alcohol, L-15

An effective detergent for the all structures and plastic-housings of computers, printers, screens, plotter and photocopier drums and any other office machine. It completely evaporates, leaving no residue: it's particularly suitable for cleaning glasses, lenses and optical instruments. L-15 eliminates electrostatic build-up from audio and video heads, improving the efficiency of audio and video readers. Can be used, with good result, for cleaning optical readers of CD and CD-rom, PC-boards, electromechanical tuners, delicate audio and VCR components, glassed reading surfaces of photocopiers and scanners. Electric and electronic components can be washed with L-15, thanks to its good degreasing properties. Good solvent that eliminates flux residues from PC-boards (in this case it's suggested the use of a bristle).

NOTE: Do not use on live circuits or near any source of fire.

 

Antistatic compound, H-88

An antistatic aerosol which protects against electrostatic build-up. Prevents attraction of dust and dirt. Compatible with glass, plastic and other synthetic materials. Ideal as spark remover and demagnetiser in measuring instruments, ampere-hour meters, voltmeters, oscillographs, pressure switches, optical devices...etc. It also reconditions and increases the efficiency of antistatic cloths. Very effective for cleaning TV and monitors.

 

 

 

 

 

Silicone emulsion, D-99

Silicon based lubricant designed to eliminate friction, wear, and sticking parts. Suitable for high temperatures. It acts as a release agent in the production and moulding of plastic, nylon and rubber products. Excellent properties if employed in renewing and hydrating old plastic and rubber parts, especially if outdoor or exposed to constant sun light and harsh atmospheric agents (car's bumpers and capotes, truck's rubberized tents, rubber dinghies...etc). Apply in short bursts or spread with a cloth. High sliding, lubricating and polishing properties.

 

Label remover („label off”), E-21

An indispensable help that rapidly removes every kind of paper-labels from the all materials, without damaging the surfaces. E-21 deeply penetrates through the porosity of the paper and (in about one minute) neutralizes the adhesive power of the glue. If the label is plastic-coated, spray between it and the surface, until the complete removal. Thanks to its extreme effectiveness, it's an irreplaceable and quick help. Though the composition of the products has been already tested, we suggest to test the compatibility with the materials, before the application.

 

 

 

 

 

Cleaning foam, S-35

A spray foam studied for cleaning and deeply disinfecting TV and computer monitors, printers and other office equipments. The operation of these machines often causes electrostatic charges which increase the attraction of dust: S-35 is an effective solution since it cleans and, thanks to its antistatic properties, it prevents the formation of dirt and the nesting of the bacteria. Very good if used as a degreaser for glasses, mirrors, tables, desks, work or school benches (in metal, plastic, Formica, Plexiglas, PVC...etc). Compatible with most materials, it doesn't scratch, abrade or streak. For better results on glass always run a clean and dry cloth over

NOTE: Absolutely avoid that the foam gets in touch with any electric part: do not directly spray either on keyboards, or air-intakes of monitor and TV or any semi-naked circuits

 

Insulating lacquer, V-66

Insulating lacquer dries fast (between 15 to 30 minutes drying time). Clear, tough and transparent coating will not fragment, chip or crack. V-66 offers a very high dielectric strength: 15 kV/mm when dried. Designed to provide coils, solenoids, transformers, electronic components and PC-boards, with effective insulation against harsh environment and electrical shorts. It prevents corona effect. Protects the treated parts from atmospherical agents, humidity and saltiness (in marine zones). It adheres to and spreads over all surfaces. Can be soldered through.

 

 

 

 

 

Spray graphite, N-77

Colloidal graphite based spray, makes conductive every surface. Leaves a thin silver-grey film that perfectly adheres to plastic, metal, wood, glass, ceramic...etc. If used for coating the housings of measuring instruments or delicate electronic machines, N-77 totally eliminates the dangerous electrostatic build-up, that often causes damages or non-correct working. Ideal to restore potentiometers, cathode ray tubes of TV and computer monitors. The graphite film is an excellent dry lubricant, resistant to very high temperatures. Shake well before use.

 

Multipurpose lubricant, M-33

An all-round low viscosity and colourless lubricant. Can be successfully employed to restore micro-motors, gears, connectors, rotating and linear contacts. Facilitates the electrical contact stopping leakages of current and preventing posible short circuits. It is also excellent for mechanical applications. M-33 reduces friction. Cleans, lubricates and penetrates, loosening rust and corrosion oxidation formed on nuts, bolts...etc. Eliminates squeaking from windows and doors. Prevents the freezing of the locks. Doesn't contain silicone. Safe for most plastics

 

 

 

 

 

Silicone grease, S-97

It is a highly protective, insulating and colourless grease designed to protect electronic and electrical equipment frequently exposed to electromagnetic or Radio Frequency interferences, high temperatures, atmospheric elements and oxidising agents. Eliminates leakages of current, short circuits and corona effect in the antennas. Facilitates heat transfer away from electrical or electronic components. Quickly displaces water and moisture, lubricates and preserve plastic gears and supports, seals, rubber bellows and gaskets, clamps...etc. Rapidly drying, leaves a thin transparent film of non-flammable and non-conductive coating. All properties and physical specifications remain stable from -50°C to +220°C. Doesn't affect plastics.

 

 

 

 

 

 NOTE:

The agents do not contain CFC, HCFC and chlorinated solvents. They are ozone friendly.
