Clearance Sale: Enclosures and Accessories
The clearance sale is organised by Zakład Aparatury Elektrycznej ERGOM sp. z o.o., with its registered office at 10 Nowe Sady Street, Łódź, hereinafter referred to as the “Manufacturer”. The clearance sale runs from 6 September 2023 to 15 October 2023, or until stocks are exhausted. The clearance sale covers enclosures and enclosure accessories listed in the clearance sale leaflet.
Terms and Conditions of the Clearance Sale
- The enclosures and enclosure accessories listed in the clearance sale leaflet are offered at clearance prices. The sale is limited to the Manufacturer’s available stock. Orders will be fulfilled in the order in which they are received and invoiced.
- Discounts and commercial terms in accordance with the existing agreement shall apply to the clearance prices.
- Sales of the clearance sale products shall be subject to the applicable minimum order quantities and sales multiples.
- There is no need to refer to the clearance sale when placing an order, as the clearance prices will be applied automatically.
- The clearance sale is available to business entities operating within the territory of Poland.
- Products purchased as part of the clearance sale are not eligible for exchange or return.
- The clearance sale cannot be combined with any other promotional campaigns, special prices or discounts.
- The Manufacturer shall not be liable to the Customer for any financial or other losses resulting from the Customer’s failure to take advantage of the clearance sale, or from the cancellation or withdrawal of the clearance sale by the Manufacturer.
- Participation in the clearance sale constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions set out in these regulations.
