Modern Manufacturing and In-House Technological Capabilities

Manufacturing is one of the key pillars of Z.A.E. ERGOM Sp. z o.o. We operate 14,000 m² of covered production space across two manufacturing facilities, where we develop and manufacture a wide range of products for the electrical engineering industry.

The share of in-house manufacturing in our total sales continues to grow. Today, as much as two-thirds of ERGOM's sales come from products manufactured in-house. This reflects our technological expertise, extensive experience and ongoing investment in our manufacturing capabilities.

What Do We Manufacture?

Our manufacturing operations involve a wide range of specialised processes, enabling us to deliver solutions tailored to our customers' requirements. Our product range includes:

  • Profiles and protective covers for switchboard assembly
  • Copper strip cable terminals manufactured through punching and soldering processes
  • Insulation components for cable terminals and the assembly of insulation onto terminals
  • HI…ERHL cable terminals protected by patent
  • Tubular cable terminals
  • Switchboard enclosures
  • Bimetallic cable terminals
  • Dies for crimping tools

We also carry out quality inspections of galvanic coatings to ensure high product quality and consistent performance.

Product Design and Technology Development

We continuously expand our manufacturing capabilities by designing new products and improving the technologies used to manufacture them. By combining technical expertise with practical experience, we develop solutions that meet market needs and the requirements of modern electrical installations.

Laboratory Testing and Quality Control

We verify the quality and reliability of our products through testing carried out in our laboratory. We assess technical parameters and evaluate product performance under conditions representative of their intended applications.
Our testing activities include:

  • Heating tests on cable terminals
  • Quality inspections to verify the correct crimping of cable terminals

These procedures help us ensure the safety, durability and reliability of our products.
